Leadership Roles We Search

We search the executive and senior leadership seats that build and scale artificial intelligence inside the enterprise. Titles vary by company; the work below is what matters.

Core Seats

Chief AI Officer / Head of AI

Enterprise AI strategy, operating model and delivery. Often the first dedicated AI executive, accountable to the CEO or another C-level leader.

Chief Data & AI Officer

Unified leadership of data platforms, analytics and AI. Suited to organizations that want one seat spanning data foundation and AI productization.

VP / Head of AI Engineering or Machine Learning

Engineering leadership for models, platforms and production systems. Builds the teams that take AI from prototype to reliable product.

VP of AI Product

Product leadership for AI-native and AI-augmented offerings. Bridges customer need, model capability and commercial outcomes.

Rising Seats

Head of AI Enablement / AI Transformation

Adoption, change and capability across the business. Helps functions use AI well without mistaking tools for strategy.

Head of AI Governance / Risk / Safety

Policy, risk, evaluation and safe deployment. Increasingly essential as AI moves into customer-facing and regulated workflows.

What We Do Not Lead With

We do not position pure research-director mandates as a lead offer. We also avoid generic "AI Lead" individual-contributor titles as a primary practice. When those profiles matter inside a broader leadership search, our team addresses them in context.

Who These Searches Serve

Most of our work sits with mid-market and growth companies building their first real AI seat. Larger enterprise Chief AI Officer assignments are taken selectively when the mandate is clear and retained.
